International Fees?
International wedding bookings include an international fee ranging from $1,000–$3,500, depending on the destination. This fee covers airfare and luggage expenses.
If I am already based in your destination country—for example, Italy Fall 2027—the international fee ranges from $500-$1,000+ and covers in-country transportation.
The international travel fee will be outlined in your contract, and all flights will be booked directly by the artist to ensure travel arrangements are coordinated appropriately.
A three-day minimum booking is required for all international weddings.

Bridal Pricing?
International wedding bookings are priced at a day rate starting at $2,500/day. This rate includes your bridal hair and makeup, hair extension rental, and a reception hairstyle change.
If additional members of your bridal party would like hair and makeup services, pricing will follow my standard bridal packages.
If your wedding falls on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, pricing starts at $10,000. My entire weekend is blocked off for you, potentially turning down 3+ other brides. This does not apply to Italy—Fall 2027.
Travel Transportation?
Private transportation to and from the airport and hotel is required for all international bookings. The bride is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of these transfers separately from the international fee.
This ensures safe, reliable transportation and allows for a seamless travel experience throughout the booking.
Hotel Accommodations?
Hotel accommodations are required for all international bookings and must be arranged and paid for separately by the bride.
When available, staying on-site at the wedding villa or venue is preferred to ensure convenient access to the wedding location and a seamless experience throughout the celebration.
Overall International Wedding Investment?
All in all, I recommend budgeting $3,500–$7,000+ for international bridal bookings. This estimate accounts for bridal beauty services, international travel fees, and the additional logistics involved in providing a seamless, personalized experience abroad.
Final investment will vary depending on your destination, wedding schedule, and the services requested. Hotel accommodations and private airport transportation are required, arranged, and paid for separately by the bride.
